Green MRO

Natural-based cleaners are heavy-duty enough to handle industrial grease and dirt which can damage facilities and equipment. Citrus-based cleaners, long a staple of household cleaning, are hardy enough for most industrial applications.
A key plank in any MRO program is based on the notion that every second of downtime has major productivity repercussions, making a pro-active MRO program critical for most plants. Traditionally, this has meant industrial strength cleaners that can cost a company’s bottom line in environmental disposal programs. Cleaners based on citrus can reduce maintenance costs and extend the life of capital investment, while contributing to a corporately responsible green plan.
Citrus base cleaners contain no chlorine or petroleum-based solvents and are not corrosive for most surfaces. As household cleaning crews have known for decades, the natural acidity of the citrus more effectively dissolves grease, non-curing type adhesives and even tars. They are recommended for most: Motors tools, printing presses, concrete surfaces, metal parts, and most surfaces with grease.
