'Majority of streets not in good repair' - Councillor
"Drive down nearly any road in the city and you risk wearing out your shocks, struts and tires. Some may even lose a hubcap or two. The condition of Saint John's deteriorated roads has become the subject of many discussions by residents sick and tired of dodging pot holes everyday when driving to work or home.
