Students, industry partner in unique project

BAD AXE —When students in the Architecture, Engineering and Manufacturing program at the Huron Area Technical Center looked underneath their computer desks earlier this school year, they saw a mangled web of spaghetti.
No, it wasn’t actual saucy pasta.
The spaghetti was in the form of computer and printer cords, all going every which way. The first solution was to attach them to the bottom of the tables with plastic tabs. Because of humidity, however, the double-sided tape lost its hold. During the summer when the computers and other hardware had to be removed from the classroom for cleaning, the mess of cords created somewhat of a nightmare.
