Laird: PCs Can Be Snazzy

Can a really snazzy PC be too much to ask for? Apparently so, going by the PC-building industry’s ongoing inability to even flirt with the sort of physical integrity, design fluency and plain old desirability that Apple has managed to infuse into nearly every one of its products in the last five years or so.

Just to be clear, I’m talking about physical attributes, not the tedious Windows versus OS X contest. Frankly, I wouldn’t be preaching to you from these pages if I thought there even was a contest, despite the many shortcomings of Windows, especially in bugtastic Vista trim. Read more on PC Plus...
