ALBERTA – Canada oil and gas exploration corporation Sure Energy Inc agreed to buy an unnamed gas and oil company for CDN $8.8 million) in Alberta. The "unnamed" company operates properties in the Redwater and Central area of Alberta.

Sure Energy will finance the the deal through an existing bank line and its working capital surplus)
