NGRAIN to provide maintenance software for Lockheed Martin

NGRAIN, supplier of interactive 3D equipment simulation solutions for training programs and maintenance support systems has been chosen by Lockheed Martin to provide Virtual Damage Repair and Tracking™ for the Integrated Maintenance Information System (IMIS) software suite for the F-22 aircraft. The software is currently in use in the F-35 Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter Program as part of the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS), and provides maintenance technicians on the flight line with an advanced, mobile, and interactive maintenance and repair tracking solution.

NGRAIN will configure its software to provide maintainers of the F-22 aircraft with a detailed exterior representation of the aircraft, which will be deployed on a Microsoft Windows-based device. Maintainers will be able to accurately map damage of the aircraft exterior on the digital representation provided by NGRAIN. The automatic transfer of data and its subsequent integration with the F-22 IMIS software platform is designed to improve the accuracy in data capture and overall workflow.

NGRAIN solutions are used in industries worldwide, including Aerospace & Defense, Energy, and Technology. NGRAIN's customer base includes all branches of the United States and Canadian militaries, Lockheed Martin, Standard Aero, CAE and other industry leaders.
