Have you or one of your colleagues accomplished something extraordinary in the aviation aftermarket during the last year? Overhaul & Maintenance (O&M) wants to hear about it.
O&M and AVIATION WEEK will present the O&M Awards for Outstanding Achievement in Aviation Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul during AVIATION WEEK's MRO Conference & Exhibition in Dallas, Texas, on April 21.
Outstanding achievements take many shapes across the industry. Tell us how a project or effort has changed the face of your business through innovation, whether you're in the MRO or aftermarket sector, third-party aircraft maintenance, military maintenance or manufacturing.
In terms of strategic effect, your project may have reshaped strategies for accomplishing business goals. Don't forget customer value. How have you increased value to customers via effectiveness, efficiency or technical proficiencies? And, there's the bottom line. Tell us about your project's financial impactýýýexplain how you've boosted return on investment or savings, or cut costs or risks. Last but certainly not least, we'd like to learn about the operational consequences of your work and how you've enhanced safety.
Nominations should detail how the individual accomplished a significant goalýýýthe challenges, processes and results. A two- to three-paragraph description of the project, program or effort must summarize its most important contributions and illustrate its value.
